4th Nov Print Competition Up To 3 Images - Theme - Transport - Small Room.
A Print competition of up to 3 images. Think about your subject and how you wish to portray
it. The stylish lines of a car both old and new. Public transport, the busy bus and train station
or the underground. The airport with its planes and baggage trucks. Motor bikes and cycles,
tractors and even steam engines. Don't forget your composition and context. Capturing
those moments and emotions. This subject can be as interesting and fascinating as you
wish. Explore also the aspects of people and transport as well as the grit of a glorious steam
train or the magnificent fighter jet. Not forgetting the farming tractors, cutting the grain fields
or digging up the sugar beet with the lorries at their side taking away the valuable harvest.
This subject can be both basic and intrinsically story telling.
18th Nov Practical/Presentation -The Two Daves - *ICM & Creative Photography Infrared - Large Room.
We have been lucky once again to have The Two Daves, David Turner and David Balcombe
return to give us a presentation on Intentional Camera Movement and Infrared Creative
Photography. They will also bring some of their work along this evening for sale. As this is
near Christmas they will make some lovely gifts for the lucky few. Their work is of a very
high standard and printed on quality paper. More details to follow for this event.
